* Job Summary: *

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing client communication, order processing, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales documentation, quotations, and order processing.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for smooth order execution.

Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Communicate with clients for order status, deliveries, and payments.

Support sales team in achieving targets and resolving client issues.

*Requirements: *

Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.

Relevant 2+ years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in manufacturing/construction).

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
