Job description
(A) Key Responsibilities
- All the activities in regard to inquiries & Tender (offline, online) submission.
- Communicating with customers for queries/clarifications.
- Coordination with Sales guys and product heads.
- Preparing purchase order Checklist
- Follow up for delivery after dispatch
- Follow up Earnest Money Deposit / Bank Guarantees
- Sending reports.
- Payment follow-up
GEM Tender - All the activity regards to Gem Portal
- Product / catalogue uploading
- Submission of bid
- Coordination for document from OEM for deemed OEM & MRP declaration
- Replying to queries and clarification
- Supporting sales coordinator in regards to GEM.
(B) Key Competencies required to perform the current role
- B.com / BA
- Good Communication Skill
- Experience in Safety industry and understanding of product knowledge
- Knowledge of computers
- Knowledge of Tally
- Knowledge of Word, Advance Excel, PPT, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Advance Formulas & Charts etc.

(D) Work Experience
- 3-4 Years’ Experience in PPE Field (Safety)
