Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in New Delhi. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining instruments reports. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales coordination activities, use India mart ensuring smooth internal and external communication, and assisting the sales team in meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills to maintain strong and productive relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for internal and external collaboration
- Familiarity with sales strategy and execution to align with organizational objectives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with office software and CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
