Are you passionate about sales operations, coordination, and delivering excellent customer service?
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring seamless order execution, distributor support, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, distributors, and super stockists
✅ Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch
✅ Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports (MIS)
✅ Track collections and outstanding payments
✅ Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams
✅ Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales documentation
✅ Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage
