Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination & Support
* Process orders, quotations, and follow-ups with distributors
* Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and accounts teams
* Ensure timely order execution and delivery
* Act as a communication bridge between sales team and internal departments

2. Order & MIS Management
* Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client data
* Track dispatch status and update the sales team regularly
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
* Monitor pending orders and backlogs

3. Inventory & Dispatch Coordination
* Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
* Plan dispatches as per sales commitments
* Ensure proper allocation and timely delivery of goods

4. Sales Expense Verification & Control
* Verify all sales expense claims (TA/DA, travel, lodging, etc.)
* Ensure bills are attached and expenses are genuine
* Cross-check expenses with tour plans, beat plans, and market visits
* Ensure expenses are within approved company limits
* Identify and highlight any discrepancies or excess claims
* Prevent duplicate or incorrect claims

5. Compliance & Documentation
* Ensure all expenses follow company policies
* Maintain proper records for audit and tracking
* Ensure approvals are in place for any exceptional expenses

6. Reporting & Analysis
* Track sales performance vs targets
* Prepare monthly expense reports and analysis
* Highlight cost trends, inefficiencies, and saving opportunities
* Support management with actionable insights

7. Coordination & Communication
* Handle distributor and internal queries related to orders and expenses
* Follow up with sales team for missing documents or clarifications
* Ensure smooth communication across departments

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Tally (mandatory)
* Good communication & coordination skills
