Sales Executive – B2B Herbal & Plant Extracts

Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our B2B client base and drive revenue growth for our herbal extract and oleoresin portfolios. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities among nutraceutical manufacturers, dietary supplement brands, and functional food companies. You will serve as the commercial bridge between Fyloradix Bionaturals and our clients, ensuring they receive tailored ingredient solutions backed by our strict quality guarantees.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Development & Pipeline Management
- Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to new B2B prospects, including supplement manufacturers, pharma companies, and wellness brands looking for premium organic extracts.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact and sample distribution to price negotiation and closing bulk orders.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and expand relationships with existing Fyloradix buyers, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities to cross-sell new botanical offerings.
2.Product Education & Market Strategy
- Technical Sales: Effectively communicate the value proposition, standardization, and quality metrics (GMP/ISO compliance) of our key extracts (e.g., Amla, Green Coffee Bean, Licorice Root) to formulators and procurement teams.
- Market Research: Monitor nutraceutical industry trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to help Fyloradix stay competitive in the botanical extract market.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with our internal production and management teams to relay client requirements, custom formulation needs, and market demands.
3.Reporting & Administration
- Sales Tracking: Maintain an accurate and updated log of all client interactions, lead statuses, and sales pipelines.
- Forecasting: Provide regular updates to management regarding territory performance, monthly sales targets, and projected revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the herbal extract, nutraceutical ingredients, or pharmaceutical raw materials sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Botany, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with botanical extracts, active plant compounds, and industry quality certifications (GMP, ISO-9001:2015).
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Based in or willing to commute to Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry trade shows.
