Role Description
This full-time Sales Coordinator role is based on-site in Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales team, manage client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between the team and customers. Responsibilities include coordinating sales operations, maintaining records, assisting in customer relationship management, and supporting the sales process to achieve business goals.
Location: Laggare, Chowdeshwari Nagar, Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to support day-to-day sales activities effectively.
- Experience in Customer Service and building quality client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of sales processes and experience in executing sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in industrial manufacturing, 3D printing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferable.
