Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Faridabad location. The primary responsibility of this on-site role is to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, maintaining client records, coordinating between internal teams, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in day-to-day sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the smooth execution of sales processes and fostering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, including order management and internal team collaboration
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and build lasting customer relationships
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations to support and optimize the delivery of sales targets
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales support or coordination roles is an advantage
