Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator to support the sales and export team in managing customer orders, documentation, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between clients, production, logistics, and the sales team to enable timely order processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients for order confirmation, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Order Processing & Documentation
- Process sales orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, LC documents, etc.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely shipment.
- Client Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Follow up on pending payments, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
- Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, planning, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Support sales forecasting and reporting activities.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare sales reports, monthly MIS, and performance tracking sheets.
- Maintain data related to sales targets and achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or export coordination.
- Experience in the manufacturing/export industry preferred.
Core Skills
- Good communication skills (English required).
- Knowledge of export documentation and sales process.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
