Job Description For Back Office Executive(Sales Coordinator)
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Handle MIS for TMT Marketing and prepare regular Management Reports
▪ Manage and maintain SAP operations related to TMT Marketing activities
▪ Perform accurate Data Entry and maintain Sales-related Records
▪ Handle Offers & Quotations for TMT Marketing
▪ Conduct Data Analysis to identify Trends, Opportunities and Business insights
▪ Coordinate and Support Daily Sales and Marketing activities
▪ Utilise SAP ERP for Reporting, Financial co-ordination and Inventory-related Support
▪ Prepare and monitor mail campaigns for customer engagement and follow-up
▪ Generate and analyse MIS Reports for management decision-making
▪ Ensure proper Sales Data maintenance for Operational accuracy
▪ Coordinate with Internal Teams to align Sales activities with organisational goals
▪ Support the marketing Team in operational follow-ups
Required Skills:
▪ Experience in Sales Coordination (Mandatory)
▪ Working knowledge of SAP (Mandatory)
▪ Strong command over MIS Reporting
▪ Excellent skills in Sales Data Analysis
▪ Experience in Sales Data Maintenance
▪ Good communication and coordination skills
▪ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Profile:
▪ Candidate with experience in Steel / TMT / Industrial Product Marketing
▪ Strong analytical mindset with Reporting capabilities
▪ Comfortable working with senior management and sales teams
▪ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and timelines
Role Objective:
To ensure smooth execution of TMT Marketing Operations by managing MIS, SAP processes, Reporting, Sales Co-ordination and Back-Office Support, thereby contributing to Business Growth and Operational Efficiency.
