Role Description
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, timely order processing, and efficient communication between clients and the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Make follow-up calls to clients and leads
- Update CRM / Excel with customer data and sales status
- Track leads, opportunities, and deal progress
- Follow up on pending payments and collections
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain customer records and contact details
- Generate daily / weekly sales reports
