Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Delhi, India. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing sales operations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely order processing, and supporting the sales team in achieving objectives. The role also involves maintaining accurate data records, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to oversee Sales Coordination and ensure smooth workflow between teams and processes
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and effectively address inquiries
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to support business growth and manage logistics
- Proficiency in data management, reporting software, and sales tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in a product or manufacturing company is a plus
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
