Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Tirupati. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales operations, assist in customer service, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain documentation. Responsibilities also include supporting business processes, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and providing timely communication with both internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and documentation tools.
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience in addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in general Sales strategies and practices
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a collaborative on-site environment
- Prior experience in life sciences, chemicals, or equipment industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is desirable
Job Details
- Monday to Friday working days
- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm timings (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Sundays and festivals off
- Remote working not possible
- Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
