We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our PCD Industrial Department by managing sales coordination, order processing, and supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team for order processing & dispatch planning
✔ Maintain sales records, order tracking & customer data
✔ Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
✔ Coordinate with logistics, plant & warehouse teams
✔ Monitor inventory, dispatch schedules & shipment tracking
✔ Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in sales related role
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
