Job Title: SCM Coordinator
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Reporting To: SCM Manager / Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To support the sales cycle end-to-end by managing pre-sales coordination, accurate order processing, documentation, and post-sales follow-ups while ensuring timely reporting and system updates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support
• Prepare and share customer quotations within defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate technical clarifications to customers.
• Ensure all quotation details are aligned with customer requirements and company policies.
2. Order Coordination
• Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for order availability, dispatch planning, and timelines.
• Resolve order-related discrepancies proactively.
3. Post-Sales Support
• Track deliveries and follow up with logistics/SCM teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate delivery status and updates to customers.
• Handle basic customer queries related to order status.
4. Documentation
• Maintain accurate and complete order documentation.
• Ensure all records (POs, invoices, contracts, etc.) are properly filed and easily retrievable.
• Verify documentation compliance with internal standards.
5. Reporting
• Update CRM systems regularly with accurate customer and order data.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by management.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
