Role Description
This is a full-time remote Sales Coordinator role. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, streamlining communication with clients, maintaining records of sales data, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales pipeline. Additionally, the role includes assisting with customer inquiries, resolving client concerns, and providing administrative support to facilitate effective sales processes. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and understanding of Sales Operations processes
- Effective Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Sales principles and ability to support sales initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills to maintain accurate sales data records
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
