Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Vadodara. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and tracking deliveries. The role involves coordinating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and accurate documentation. The individual will communicate regularly with customers to handle inquiries, follow up on orders and payments, and address basic service issues. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in creating sales reports, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and cross-functional communication effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution professionally.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in packaging or manufacturing, and a graduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
