Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Tezpur. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day sales coordination tasks, communicate with customers, manage sales operations, and ensure smooth order processing. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent service.

- Sales Coordination and Sales skills to facilitate seamless operations and drive growth
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations for ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of transactions and orders
- Proficient organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial or construction material sales is an added advantage
