About the Role
At Bearing Traders India Pvt. Ltd., the Sales Coordinator serves as the vital link between our field sales team, our warehouse operations, and our valued industrial clients. You won't just be "pushing paper"; you’ll be the engine room of our sales cycle, ensuring that every bearing—from miniature ball bearings to heavy-duty spherical rollers—reaches the customer on time and with technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process incoming purchase orders (POs) with high precision, ensuring SKU numbers, quantities, and pricing align with our inventory and quotations.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and lead times.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse and dispatch teams to prioritize urgent shipments and track deliveries across India.
- Quotation Assistance: Support the Sales Managers by preparing formal quotations and maintaining an updated database of client pricing structures.
- Payment Tracking: Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with the accounts department to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports, inventory movement summaries, and "Lost Sales" analysis to help the management team strategize.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience - 2–4 years in sales coordination or back-office sales (Experience in Industrial/Automotive components preferred).
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel, G-Suite.
- Communication - Fluent in English and Hindi
