Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day sales operations, including preparing quotations, processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and production. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery and billing. The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team with reporting, data analysis, sales forecasts, and documentation, including maintaining CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also includes preparing presentations, coordinating with distributors and channel partners, and supporting initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and customers.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Foundational understanding of Sales processes to support lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and achievement of sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working in an industrial or B2B environment; experience in adhesives, tapes, or building materials sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders.
