Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Gurugram. The Sales Coordinator will oversee and manage various sales operations, interacting with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team in coordinating activities, managing client communications, processing sales orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure smooth processing and execution of sales activities.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience and understanding of Sales processes and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
