Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
· Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
· Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases
2. Order Processing & Documentation
· Handle order processing from initiation to completion
· Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly maintained
· Track order status and update clients and sales team accordingly
3. Client Coordination
· Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
4. Reporting & Data Management
· Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
· Maintain CRM systems with updated client and sales information
5. Communication & Coordination
· Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and other departments
· Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
· Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
6. Administrative Support
· Manage sales-related documentation and filing systems
· Assist in preparing contracts and agreements
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
