Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore. The Sales Coordinator will manage and support the sales process by coordinating with customers, maintaining sales records, and assisting the sales team with operational tasks. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves supporting clients with top-notch customer service while helping streamline the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to streamline processes and manage orders effectively.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to assist the team in meeting targets and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools or software is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
