Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Data Management Develop and maintain comprehensive, structured datasets to identify potential leads.
•Outreach & Relationship Building Strategically conduct outbound LinkedIn outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Smartlead, Clay, and other similar tools.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, demonstrating exceptional communication and sales acumen.
• Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the team to refine outreach strategies and optimize engagement rates.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance to improve overall effectiveness. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and executing email marketing campaigns. similar
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Clay, or platforms.
• MBA in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Preferred: Experience in AI, technology, or SaaS industries.
Stipend:
Upto 30,000/- (30% Base and 70% Variable)
