Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking to people, can handle follow-ups responsibly, and enjoys coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
You will be the primary point of contact for patients, managing consultation scheduling, doctor coordination, follow-ups, and converting incoming leads into confirmed consultations and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Coordination
• Speak with patients via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
• Understand patient concerns and explain the consultation process
• Schedule doctor consultations and manage daily consultation calendars
• Share consultation links, reminders, and follow-up messages
• Ensure smooth coordination between doctors and patients
Sales & Lead Conversion
• Handle inbound leads and inquiries
• Follow up with interested patients and convert leads into consultations/sales
• Address basic questions related to services and next steps
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional communication style
Backend & Record Keeping
• Maintain patient and sales records accurately (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Update daily reports and lead status
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and updates

• Sales or customer handling experience is a plus
