Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, including coordinating with the sales team, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of orders. The role also involves maintaining records of sales data, tracking inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively and support the sales team to meet goals
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management tools is an advantage
- diploma in mechanical engineering , or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or coordination roles is an asset fresher can apply
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
