Sales Contractor – School Partnerships & Consumer Sales
WHO WE ARE
TopSpeech Health is an speech therapy platform helping teens and adults overcome rhotacism, lisps, stuttering, and other speech impediments.
We're expanding aggressively into Phase-1 markets — Dubai & the broader Middle East, India, and Indonesia — and we need driven sales professionals to lead that growth.
THE ROLE
Full-time independent contractor. Two revenue streams from day one. No ceiling on what you earn.
Stream 1 — School & Institutional Partnerships (B2B)
You'll prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with premium English-medium schools across our Phase-1 markets. Each deal is a bundled offering — proprietary speech assessments for the student body plus app license packages for students flagged with speech impediments. These are high-value contracts worth $70K+ per school, and your commission on each one is meaningful enough to change your month.
Stream 2 — Direct Consumer Sales (B2C)
While your school pipeline develops (B2B cycles run 3–6 months), you'll generate consistent income by reaching individuals dealing with speech challenges through social media prospecting on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube, plus warm lead follow-up and community engagement. This isn't busywork — it's a real revenue stream designed to pay you from week one.

PHASE-1 MARKETS
B2B: Dubai & UAE, broader Middle East, India, Indonesia — international premium schools, English-medium instruction, Grade 7+.
B2C: Individual consumers worldwide with a focus on the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ Proven sales closer — B2B, EdTech, healthcare, or institutional sales preferred
→ Familiarity with school systems or institutional decision-makers in the Middle East, India, or Southeast Asia is a strong advantage
→ Strong spoken and written English — non-negotiable, as all communication is conducted in English
→ Comfortable engaging on social platforms with empathy and authenticity — this is a healthcare brand, not a hard-sell operation
→ Ideal candidates are based in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, or East Africa
→ Full-time commitment (45+ hours/week), flexible scheduling
