Senior Sales Consultant (New Car Sales)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Chennai and Cuddalore locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales effectiveness, sales order management, and customer experience management. The role will involve product demonstration, negotiations, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve sales effectiveness
- Manage sales orders from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer experience through product demonstrations, negotiations, and relationship-building
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales order management and customer experience management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong product knowledge and ability to demonstrate products effectively
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales effectiveness
