Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in promoting and selling automotive solutions to clients. Daily tasks involve engaging with customers, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their unique needs. The role also requires building customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Consulting and a results-driven approach
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting solutions
- Experience in Consulting to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A background in the automotive industry is an added advantage
