Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Noida. The Sales Consultant will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and related products. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and pricing, organizing test drives, and preparing accurate quotations. The role also involves managing the end-to-end sales process, coordinating with finance and insurance teams, and ensuring timely documentation and delivery. The Sales Consultant will follow up with potential and existing customers, maintain records in the CRM system, and work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, handle queries and concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confident presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of finance and insurance options for vehicles, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort using CRM tools, email, and basic office software to document interactions and manage leads.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including weekends and peak business hours, with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
