Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to engage with prospective homebuyers, explain project offerings, and support them through the purchase journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and lead interactions
- Conduct project presentations and site visits
- Explain pricing, availability, and booking process
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects
- Coordinate internally to support customer conversion
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage customer interactions independently
- Comfortable with follow-up and conversion processes
Location: Bengaluru
Compensation: 6-8LPA based on experience + incentives
