Customers found it challenging to avail quality services conveniently, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships during home makeover projects
- Understand customer needs and drive consultative sales
- Coordinate with internal teams & service professionals for smooth execution
- Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Solve on-ground challenges and track performance metrics
