Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Vadodara. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and present tailored MENTORSHIP and CONSULTING and TRAINING solutions to the Sales Teams of the Clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting SALES CONSULTING and SALES TRAINING at the Client’s . Secondary responsibilities comprise of generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, tracking client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Sales Consultant will also monitor market trends, gather feedback, and provide insights to refine offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including managing expectations and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present clearly and handle client objections confidently.
- Proficiency in English is a non-negotiable mandate.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong negotiation, closing, and pipeline management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent practical experience in B2B or services sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Comfort working on-site with clients across India and internal teams in Vadodara; prior experience in consulting, training, or mentoring services is a definite advantage.
