Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Sonipat. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Daily tasks include driving sales, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining product knowledge. The Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets and uphold the company’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in sales is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly beneficial
