Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and providing consultative solutions. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, presenting tailored product recommendations, and maintaining long-term relationships that contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and provide impactful solutions
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information effectively
- Ability to collaborate within teams and build relationships to support business objectives
- Proven problem-solving and time-management skills to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in sales or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Odisha market are strong advantages
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is preferred
