We’re Hiring: Sales Consultant | Rotimatic (Bangalore – Night Shift)

At Zimplistic by Rotimatic, we’re looking for someone who believes that sales is about understanding, not pushing. If you enjoy meaningful customer conversations and helping people make the right decision this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp & email

• Understand customer needs and guide them with a consultative approach

• Handle objections around price, product, and value confidently

• Maintain strong follow-ups and CRM discipline

• Share insights to improve customer experience and product positioning

Who We’re Looking For

1. 2–5 years in inside / consultative sales
2. Strong communication (English + Hindi preferred)
3. Someone who is patient, structured, and customer-first
4. Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking
5. Understanding of Indian cooking habits is a plus

Work Details

Location: Bengaluru (Remote)

Shift: Night shift (8 PM - 4 AM)
