At Rad Digital, we help founders, and business owners grow their personal brand through content strategy, social media positioning, and high-converting organic content systems.
We’re looking for a hungry, coachable, and high-energy Sales Closer who can confidently communicate, handle objections, and close high-ticket clients.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Attending discovery & strategy calls with qualified leads
• Understanding client pain points, goals, and business positioning
• Pitching Rad Digital’s services confidently
• Following up with warm leads consistently
• Maintaining proper CRM updates & pipeline tracking
• Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows
• Handling objections professionally and guiding prospects through decisions
• Reviewing call recordings and improving through feedback/training
• Maintaining strong communication across WhatsApp, GHL & email
• Staying proactive during downtime through lead follow-ups and consult generation
What We’re Looking For:
• Someone having prior experience working with digital marketing agency
• Strong communication & rapport-building skills
• Someone highly coachable and willing to improve daily
• Confidence on Zoom/Google Meet sales calls
• High ownership, discipline, and consistency
• Positive attitude & growth mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Sales experience is a bonus, hunger and energy matter more
Compensation:
• 15% Commission Only Structure
