Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and sales challenges, and recommend digital transformation solutions that meet their objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, preparing and delivering tailored presentations, and guiding clients through the solution design and proposal process. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility, tracking opportunities in the CRM, and following up consistently to move deals through the pipeline. The Sales Consultant will also monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback to refine offerings, and support long-term account growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client meetings, presentations, and clear documentation.
- Experience in B2B sales or technology/digital transformation environments is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize effectively.
- Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools to track activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
