Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Sales Consultant role based in Pune City. The Zoho Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate Zoho solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, responding to client queries, and supporting the sales cycle from lead qualification through closure. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to align solution design with client requirements and to ensure a smooth handover for implementation. The consultant will also maintain accurate records in CRM, monitor customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zoho products and services.
Qualifications:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Interest in SaaS products and IT solutions
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Requirements:
- Promote and sell Zoho products (CRM, Books, Projects, People, etc.) to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Zoho solutions
- Follow up with prospects to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Zoho CRM or other tools
- Collaborate with the implementation/support team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Keep up to date with new Zoho features, pricing, and market trends
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events (if applicable)
