Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Consultant will engage with potential and existing customers, deliver high-quality consulting services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include facilitating the sales process, providing detailed product information, understanding customer needs, and fostering long-term relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain the premium values of the MINI brand.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively guide customers through the decision-making process
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and relay product knowledge persuasively
- Passionate about premium automotive brands with familiarity in luxury vehicles considered a strong advantage
- Proactive attitude with proven ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
