Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in the Udaipur district. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and offer expert guidance on product options. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, and delivering personalized consulting solutions to customers centered around their automotive requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating exceptional experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with a diverse customer base
- Proficiency in providing thoughtful consulting and tailored recommendations to customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in the automotive sales industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
