Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for conducting effective sales consultations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role includes building strong relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of BYD’s products and promoting customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting with the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers effectively
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure premium client experience
- Skills in Consulting to provide well-guided advice and assist customers in making informed decisions
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Basic knowledge of the automotive sector or eagerness to learn about electric vehicles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
