We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (0–5 years) | SaaS / ERP | Pune
Most businesses in India still run on:
- Tally for accounting
- Excel for inventory
- WhatsApp for operations

At INBO, we are building an AI-driven Business Automation & Accounting ERP platform for MSMEs and manufacturing companies.
🎯 Why this role matters
This is not a typical sales job.
You will:
- Work directly with the founder
- Learn how SaaS and ERP sales actually work
- Interact with real business owners (manufacturers, traders, SMEs)
- Be part of building a product from an early stage
🚀 What you’ll do
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Generate leads via calls, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Learn and give product demos (training provided)
- Understand client problems and offer solutions
- Close deals and grow with the company

- Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a proven ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Excellent skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a high level of client engagement and retention.
- Outstanding Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in IT services or technology-focused industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
