Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will assist customers in identifying their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and providing information about features and financing options. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales documents, maintaining a customer database, and staying informed about Maruti Suzuki products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and fulfill client needs
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster lasting client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively explain product details and assist customers
- Ability to meet sales goals and ensure a customer-centric approach
- Experience in the automobile sector preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
