About the Role
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Event Management Course, building meaningful relationships with prospective students, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive enrollments through calls, messages, and zoom meetings if required
• Build and maintain strong rapport with leads and students
• Understand student needs and guide them to the right course
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: follow-ups, counseling, and conversions
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled candidates
• Maintain consistent communication with leads
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Work Schedule
• 4 Days Work from Office (Andheri) + 1 Day Work from Home
• Week Offs: Sunday & Monday
• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
• Incentive 10% of every unit sale
