Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Consultant who can take end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to final conversion. This is a part-time, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants direct impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
Generate and qualify leads through your own network, outbound efforts, and partnerships
Understand client requirements and position GenStrat.ai solutions effectively
Conduct product demos and communicate value propositions clearly
Drive conversions and meet revenue targets
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management with prospects
Provide market feedback to improve product positioning
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales / SaaS / AI / tech sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven with ownership mindset (no micromanagement)
Ability to work independently and close deals
Existing network or ability to generate quality leads is a big plus
Compensation
