Position: Sales Consultant (Only Candidates who speak Nepali should apply)
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Kindly ensure that you have a personal laptop as this is a core requirement for this role.
Experience Required: 2 Years ONLY
Are you fluent in Nepali, with strong communication, sales, and translation skills? Join our global team as a Sales Consultant, where you’ll help clients with their legal translation needs while driving engagement and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with translation services
• Provide accurate verbal and written translations of legal documents and communications
• Update clients regularly on case progress, timelines, and status
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
• Maintain and update detailed client records and translated documents
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience
Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in Nepali and English
• 2 years of experience only in sales, customer service, or translation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
