Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Kolkata. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, provide expert consultation on franchise opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to drive client success. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing guidance to potential investors and business owners.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide clients in exploring business opportunities
- Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage clients and convey solutions
- Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under minimal supervision
- Experience in franchise development or business consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
