Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting diamond jewelry that aligns with their preferences and budget. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, explaining features and craftsmanship, and providing clear, honest information to support purchasing decisions. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining product displays, and following up with customers to build lasting relationships. The Sales Consultant will also collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and uphold Finnati’s standards of professional, courteous service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focusing on building trust, handling concerns, and creating a positive showroom experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional interpersonal interactions.
- Previous experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or jewelry is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic sales processes and point-of-sale systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment are important; proficiency in English is an advantage.
