Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives/Managers to drive the acquisition of new customers for our working capital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, explaining product offerings, addressing queries, and converting leads into active customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: o Make outbound calls to potential Client o Clearly communicate the benefits and features of FinAGGs financial products. o Convert inquiries and leads into successful onboarding and active users.
- Customer Relationship Management: o Build rapport with customers to understand their business needs. o Guide prospects through the documentation and onboarding process. o Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Target Achievement: o Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets. o Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities based on client profiles.
- Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales conversions. o Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
13 years of telesales or telecalling experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or BFSI sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
